Yes, if you have OON benefits through your insurance! You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment.
I work with Thrizer, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits they typically reimburse 60-80% of the cost of each session. If you have out-of-network benefits, Thrizer will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed.

Most clients meet with me on a weekly or biweekly basis.
As our work evolves, some clients choose to transition to monthly maintenance sessions for continued support.
I also offer 2–3 hour intensives, which can be scheduled at a frequency that feels most supportive for you.

Yes, I offer 2–3 hour intensives. These extended sessions allow for concentrated, focused, and accelerated processing.
Intensives are a great option if weekly/biweekly therapy does not work for your schedule, or if you want to dive deeper in a shorter period of time. You can learn more about the benefits of longer-format work HERE.

In somatic therapy, we pay attention to the mind and body — noticing not just thoughts, but also emotions & physical sensations. We’ll focus on expanding your “window of capacity,” so that you can stay present with difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed. Through somatic therapy sessions (available online in New Mexico & Colorado), many clients develop a deeper sense of trust & connection with themselves.

OUT-OF-NETWORK OPTIONS
I provide services as an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans, except New Mexico Medicaid.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
You can use Thrizer to get an individualized estimate of your out-of-network benefits and what you may pay for each session. Thrizer can also help you use your benefits without having to pay the full session fee upfront. Depending on your plan, you can either pay your full session fee and receive reimbursement from your insurance, or pay your estimated out-of-pocket amount while Thrizer helps facilitate the remaining portion through your out-of-network benefits.
Please note that suberbills must contain a mental health diagnosis code in order to be submitted to your insurance.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
(1) FILL OUT AN INTEREST FORM
Interested in working together? Please fill out the form. This information will give me more insight to better determine if we are a good fit.
I’ll respond via email to schedule or provide referrals.
(2) BEGIN OUR RELATIONSHIP
When we work together in therapy, our relationship comes first.
Healing can’t take place until you and your nervous system feel safe with me – so we don’t rush into anything. We’ll move at a safe pace, listening to the body’s needs. You set the pace.
(3) HEAL, PROCESS, & INTEGRATE
I’ll meet you where you are. Some sessions might feel reflective, others more practical, and some might be focused on deeper processing. Whatever you need, this space is for you.
