Individual Therapy
Therapy with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. I really focus on getting to know you - your story, your pace, and what actually feels useful for you. You might come in with a clear idea of what you want to work on, or you might not have it all figured out yet - both are completely okay. Our work together can be very structured or we can figure things out together as we go.
My goal is to make the space feel comfortable, human, and collaborative. Some sessions might feel more reflective, others more practical, and some might be more focused on deeper processing - it really depends on what you need in the moment. I’ll meet you where you are, not where you think you’re supposed to be.
Our work together focuses on all aspects of your life - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. I draw from both my professional training and my own personal healing journey to show up in a grounded, authentic way. I’m not a blank slate therapist - I believe in being real, honest, and open in our work together.
Working with me typically looks like meeting weekly or every other week for 1hr-1.5hrs sessions. I also offer therapy intensives that you can find more info about below!

Intensives can be a better fit for clients with busy schedules and meeting less frequently works well with your schedule.

Sessions can range from 2hrs-3hrs and are available in the following formats:
Intensively: ongoing sessions scheduled at a frequency that feels most supportive for you. This could look like biweekly sessions for 2hrs or monthly for 3hrs.
Intensive: a defined number of sessions scheduled over a concentrated number days, typically 1-3 days. This typically looks like a 90min pre-intensive to identify areas of focus and goals, then 2-3hrs sessions over the course of 1-3 days, with a follow-up 90min session around 2 weeks later for integration.
Working intensively is helpful for deep, accelerating progress, processing complex emotions and experiences, in a supportive and structured environment.
