• Healing from trauma is a courageous journey and one that can be difficult navigated alone. I am here to help you feel safe to explore the impact of your experiences, gently process your emotions, release stored trauma, increase self-compassion, and help you develop effective coping strategies. Through Somatic-based practices like IFS, EMDR and Brainsoptting, we will tap into the innate healing wisdom of your mind and body.

  • Living with anxiety can be exhausting, especially when it feels like it’s taking over. In our work together, I will help you understand why anxiety is showing up in your life and how we can gently respond to it, rather than fight against it. Using IFS and somatic-based practices, we’ll explore the parts of you carrying this anxiety and create more safety and harmony in your system.

  • Grief can feel impossible to put into words. Whether you've lost a person, an animal companion, a relationship, a role, or a way of life, your pain is valid. Loss comes in many forms, and whatever you're grieving, your feelings matter. Grief is not something you can rush through, and I'm here to offer compassionate support so you feel seen, heard, and not alone in your process.

  • Living in a non-vegan world when you care deeply about animals, people, and the planet can be overwhelming. The grief, isolation, and emotional weight of bearing witness to suffering can feel so heavy some days. I offer a supportive space to help you process those emotions, understand the internal and external pressures you’re navigating, navigate relationship conflict, and develop tools to stay grounded and connected. Through a holistic, values-aligned approach, we’ll work together to strengthen your sense of self, reduce burnout, and support sustainable ways of showing up for what matters - without losing yourself in the process.

  • Stress and burnout might feel like you’re constantly running on empty or just going through the motions. You might notice yourself feeling detached, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode, even when you want things to feel different. In our work together, we will prioritize slowing down to clarity around what your system has been carrying. I’ll help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded, learn to implement healthy boundaries and build more capacity for rest, alignment, and sustainability.

  • Relationship challenges and repeating patterns can feel frustrating and confusing, especially when you find yourself stuck in the same dynamics despite wanting something different. You might notice old wounds showing up in your connections, leading to cycles of conflict, disconnection, or self-abandonment. In our work together - we’ll begin to understand where these cycles come from, heal relational and attachment wounds, to help you build more awareness and choice in your responses so you can experience more secure, aligned, and fulfilling relationships.

These patterns are learned survival strategies - ways you adapted to meet expectations, stay safe, or keep others happy - but they no longer may be serving you the way they once did.
