** I do not accept insurance but am able to provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider for partial reimbursement. You can use the out-of-network reimbursement calculator at the bottom of the page to get an individualized estimate of what your cost will be using out-of-network benefits! Please note that suberbills must contain a mental health diagnosis code in order to be submitted to your insurance. **

Managed Sliding Scale
I offer sliding scale to ensure multiple access points for folks who want to work together.
This system relies upon honesty, accountability, and respect for the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist in our communities. Please take your time in choosing a tier that reflects your current capacity, while keeping in mind that selecting the highest tier that you’re comfortably able to pay - means you are supporting my ability to work with folks with less financial privilege.
A rate that you choose may not always be available; if the tier you select isn’t open right now, I’ll do my best to provide alternative low-cost resources or referrals. I’m always happy to discuss questions or support you in figuring out what feels right for you.
Sliding scale spots are available on a case by case basis for intensive sessions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if this is something you’re interested in!

Like most specialty providers, I don’t participate in any insurance plans. This allows me to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care without the limitations and restrictions imposed by insurance companies and gives us the flexibility to tailor your treatment plan specifically to your needs. Self-pay also ensures your privacy and confidentiality, as I don't have to share your personal information or treatment details.

In some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits they typically reimburse 60-80% of the cost of each session. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge 5% per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.
Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

I offer sessions typically on a weekly or biweekly basis, especially as we get started. Moving to monthly for maintenance sessions is an option later in our work together. I also offer intensives which are 2-4hrs and can be scheduled at a frequency that feels best for you. Please see the Intensives tab if you’d like to learn more about the benefits of longer sessions.
