** I do not accept insurance but am able to provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider for partial reimbursement. You can use the out-of-network reimbursement calculator at the bottom of the page to get an individualized estimate of what your cost will be using out-of-network benefits! Please note that suberbills must contain a mental health diagnosis code in order to be submitted to your insurance. **

If you receive Medicaid, I cannot provide services to you as you are required to work with an in-network provider.

Sliding Scale

I offer sliding scale to ensure multiple access points for folks who want to work together.

This system relies upon honesty, accountability, and respect for the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist in our communities. Please take your time in choosing a tier that reflects your current capacity, while keeping in mind that selecting the highest tier that you’re comfortably able to pay - means you are supporting my ability to work with folks with less financial privilege.

Sliding scale spots are available on a case by case basis for intensive sessions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if this is something you’re interested in!

  • You might fall into this tier if you:

    • Can comfortably meet all of your basic needs (food, housing and transportation) and many wants without stress

    • Own your home or rent a higher-end property

    • Have access to savings, investments, family or generational wealth

    • Can take vacations, time off without financial strain

    • Have expendable income for leisure, new items, or services

    • Are able to financially support others or donate regularly

Choosing this tier helps sustain accessible options for others in the community.

  • You might fall into this tier if you:

    • Have a steady income that reliably meets your needs and some wants

    • Rent or own modestly priced housing

    • Can afford transportation, healthcare, and small luxuries occasionally

    • Have some savings or safety net for emergencies

    • Can take occasional trips or time off without major concern

    • Carry some debt, but it doesn’t prevent you from meeting your basic needs

  • You might fall into this tier if you:

    • Can cover your basic needs but often need to budget carefully

    • Have limited savings or rely on each paycheck to get by

    • Experience occasional financial stress due to debt, medical costs, or inflation

    • Rent a modest property or share housing to reduce costs

    • Have limited funds for leisure, travel, or unexpected expenses

    • Have little financial flexibility and may need to plan ahead for sessions

  • You might fall into this tier if you:

    • Struggle to consistently meet basic needs (housing, food, and transportation)

    • Have little to no savings or safety net

    • Are unemployed, underemployed, or working in a lower-wage field

    • Carry significant debt, medical costs, or student loans

    • Support dependents or extended family financially

    • Have limited access to stable transportation, healthcare, or paid time off

This tier is for folks in marginalized groups or those facing financial hardship or systemic barriers. Limited spots are available at this tier.

  • Like most specialty providers, I don’t participate in any insurance plans. This allows me to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care without the limitations and restrictions imposed by insurance companies and gives us the flexibility to tailor your treatment plan specifically to your needs. Self-pay also ensures your privacy and confidentiality, as I don't have to share your personal information or treatment details.

  • In some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits they typically reimburse 60-80% of the cost of each session. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge 5% per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

  • I offer sessions typically on a biweekly basis because I specialize in longer sessions allowing for deeper processing. We can still discuss working together weekly if that would feel most supportive for you. Please see the Intensives tab if you’d like to learn more about the benefits of longer sessions.

  • I am available to see clients on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9am-3pm and on Friday from 9am-12pm. Weekend availability is an option when working in an intensive format, if requested.

  • I am currently providing all services online.
