No action feels like enough. You tell yourself you should be doing more, more, more… and then the compassion fatigue sets in.
People around you don’t seem to care as much as you do, or share your same values.

I get how exhausting it is to feel everything around you, all the time.
My goal is not to make you “less sensitive,” because there’s nothing wrong with having a responsive nervous system. My goal is to help you move through experiences of overwhelm, anxiety, and grief in a healthy way, instead of being consumed by them.
I’m a human, navigating the same world you’re navigating. Though I can’t switch off the suffering in the world, what I can do is help you hold it.

As a liberation-focused therapist, I see all oppression as interconnected. I care deeply about human, animal, and environmental rights. The world can be a cruel and challenging place, and I’m here to make it softer and safer for whoever I can.
When we work together in therapy, our relationship comes first.
Healing can’t take place until you and your nervous system feel safe with me – so we don’t rush into anything. Instead, we move at a safe pace, listening to the body’s needs. You set the pace.
This creates the foundation (and connection) for the deep work that I know you are here to do.
